Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities that are not allowed on OpsDesk. It supplements the Terms of Service.

1. You may not

• Use OpsDesk for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, or violates anyone's privacy.
• Attempt to access workspaces, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending malware, spam, or excessive automated requests.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use OpsDesk to send unsolicited marketing or bulk email.

2. Operational data responsibility

You are responsible for the operational data you upload, including making sure your team has the right to share it inside your workspace.

3. Reporting abuse

Report abuse, security issues, or policy violations to support@getopsdesk.com.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
